This isn't a step challenge
If 1 in 3 of your people are burned out — what exactly is your wellness app doing about it?
Your team members have access to more wellness resources than any workforce in history — and most of it sits unused on their phones. An app is not a wellness program.
Ubodhi works differently: interactive sessions where teams recognize their stress patterns and practice real-time regulation tools, led by a certified practitioner. There's no completion rate problem, because there's nothing to opt out of.

About the founder
Built by someone who lived it
Ubodhi was founded by Tammy — a certified Ayurvedic holistic health coach who spent 24 years in corporate America as a senior leader at one of the country's largest fintech companies. She was the woman everyone depended on: capable, composed, and giving from a cup nobody refilled.
She left everything she had built professionally, went back to school, became certified, and created the brand she wishes had existed for her when she needed it most. She isn't explaining burnout theory. She lived it — and built a practice around dismantling it.

Common Questions
What people ask before booking
What is corporate wellness, and how is Ubodhi different from a wellness app?
Corporate wellness typically means apps, dashboards, and generic content most employees never open — average completion rates sit around 15%. Ubodhi is practitioner-led instead: in-person, interactive sessions built around how your team's stress actually shows up, led by a certified Ayurvedic Holistic Health Coach with 24 years of corporate leadership experience.
How much does a corporate wellness program cost?
Single sessions start from $500, and team retreats start from $3,500 (venue and catering billed separately, at cost). Workshop series and quarterly programs are also available, scoped to your team on a discovery call.
What is a Personal Constitution assessment?
It's the foundation of every Ubodhi engagement — a short assessment that identifies how each person's constitution shapes their stress response, energy patterns, and what actually helps them regulate under pressure. No two people, and no two teams, get the same plan.
What happens during a Ubodhi team retreat?
A one- or two-day experience at a curated Metro Detroit venue. Teams move through three pillars — Know Your Nature, Regulate Your Energy, and Anchor Your Day — with interactive sessions, a shared meal, and a take-home practice for each person. Every retreat includes a 30-day outcomes report afterward.
Does Ubodhi work with specific industries, like finance teams?
Yes — Ubodhi's Grounded program applies the same framework specifically to finance teams, where deadline pressure, high stakes, and costly errors create a particular kind of strain. The approach is the same: practitioner-led, personalized, and measured, built around the pressures finance teams face specifically.
What credentials does Ubodhi's practitioner have?
Tammy McCreadie is a Certified Ayurvedic Holistic Health Coach and Certified Reiki Practitioner, with 24 years of senior corporate leadership and event-planning experience before founding Ubodhi.
What does the 30-day outcomes report include?
Key themes, participant feedback, and observable shifts in stress and teamwork — not a score, not a guess. It's designed to give leaders a real story to report upward, not just attendance numbers.
Is Ubodhi part of any statewide wellness initiatives?
Yes — Ubodhi is a provider in the Michigan Menopause-Friendly Workplace Challenge, a Michigan Women's Commission–backed initiative helping employers support employees through midlife health transitions. It's a natural extension of Ubodhi's focus on personalized, practitioner-led support for teams 40 and over.
Is Ubodhi based in Detroit? Do you travel outside Metro Detroit?
Ubodhi is built and based in Metro Detroit, and most engagements are on-site here. Virtual sessions are also available — ask on a discovery call about your specific location.
What's the framework behind Ubodhi's methodology?
Ubodhi's approach is rooted in Ayurveda — one of the world's oldest systems for understanding individual constitution and energy — translated into a practical, secular framework built for the workplace. There's no spiritual requirement and nothing to opt into beyond showing up: just tools grounded in how your body and nervous system actually respond to pressure.
Does a Ubodhi session include Reiki or energy healing?
No — corporate engagements focus entirely on the Three Pillars methodology: understanding your team's constitution, practical energy-regulation education, and daily-rhythm tools. Reiki is one of the practitioner's personal certifications, reflecting the depth of her training, but it isn't part of what's delivered in a workplace session.
Is this approach backed by any research or data?
Yes — the case for this work isn't just anecdotal. Roughly 1 in 3 employees report experiencing burnout, and workplace wellness spending has actually declined even as employee stress has climbed, largely because most programs go unused. Ubodhi's methodology is built to close that specific gap: practitioner-led, not app-based, with outcomes tracked at 30 days.
How is this different from a company yoga class or meditation app?
Yoga classes and meditation apps offer one generic practice to everyone in the room. Ubodhi starts with your team's actual constitution — no two people get the same plan — and focuses on practical energy regulation your team can use mid-workday, not just during the session itself.
What if my team is skeptical about wellness programs?
Most teams are, and that's a healthy instinct. We address it directly in the first session — your team will understand exactly why this works and what to expect, with no pitch and no forced participation. Skepticism tends to fade once people experience something built around who they actually are, not a generic script.
Is this available for hybrid or remote teams?
Yes. Sessions can run on-site, virtual, or hybrid, and the format adapts to how your team actually works — ask on a discovery call about what fits best.
